Rikki Amos is the Vice President of Programs and Development at The Washington Campus.
She is responsible for organizing and leading MBA programs for a consortium of the nation’s leading business schools and a variety of customized continuing education seminars for public sector, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations.
She is responsible for creating and cultivating external partnerships with think tanks, networking associations and existing educational partners. She also works to create experiential and innovative programs with new schools or other organizations while also developing and diversifying the Campus’ network of speakers, supporters, and other key stakeholders.
Rikki brings with her to The Washington Campus deep experience from leadership roles in executive education, associations, and non-profits. She has also worked extensively in government, advocacy and community engagement. Most recently she served as the Executive Director of the International Franchise Association Foundation where she was responsible for outreach and education, philanthropic programs, and stakeholder advocacy in support of small business development.
Prior to that, Rikki was the Director of the US Public Affairs Practice at the Public Affairs Council. During her time there, she served on the Council’s senior management team as the lead subject matter expert on US public affairs. She and her team of public affairs experts were responsible for delivering more than 100 educational programs to more than 3500 of the country’s leading corporate, association, and non-profit public affairs professionals each year.
In addition to these roles, Rikki has served as a legislative assistant and constituent communications manager in the U.S. House of Representatives for her hometown member of Congress. She is a proud graduate of Emory University and earned a Master’s degree in communication from West Virginia University.
