The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), in partnership with The Washington Campus (TWC), invites you to register for a Master of Business Essentials Certificate program designed specifically for Congressional staff. This intensive three-day program gives Hill staff the key business essentials and sharp management acumen they need to be more effective in their roles today and better positioned for their careers tomorrow.

Participation in this program will give you exposure and access to some of the world’s leading business schools and universities, with programs spanning accounting and finance, AI, strategy and leadership, business analytics, operations and supply chain management, human resources, marketing, and communications.

Enrollment is now open and will close on August 3, 2026. Space is limited, and we encourage staff to register early to reserve their seats.

Tuition is $1,500 for the full three-day intensive program. CMF has designed this certificate to comply with House and Senate Rules concerning professional development and educational events and conferences.
